Formats & weights

  • PNG — best for sharp logos and text; use when transparency or crisp edges matter.
  • JPG — best for photographic backgrounds; save at high quality and optimise.
  • SVG — ideal for vector logos/icons; ensure fonts are outlined or embedded.

Max file size: 150 KB per creative (display). For high-res or source assets you may share larger files separately.

Colour space: sRGB, RGB only.

Accessibility & quality

  • Provide concise, descriptive alt text (e.g. “CALMSS — school-based therapeutic support”).
  • Maintain contrast ≥ WCAG AA for text over backgrounds.
  • Keep key text ≥ 14–16 px at 1x; avoid dense paragraphs in banners.
  • Leave safe padding around logos/text for responsive crops.
  • Prefer static creatives to ensure page performance and readability.

Resources articles (sponsored content)

Sponsors can contribute helpful, evidence-based articles for our Resources section to support schools and parents. Articles may include links back to your website.

Editorial basics

  • Length: 900–1,600 words
  • Structure: clear headings (H2/H3), short paragraphs, bullet points
  • Include reputable references where relevant
  • Plain English, UK spelling and tone

Links & CTAs

  • Up to 3 editorial links to your site
  • Use descriptive, non-spammy anchor text
  • Optional single CTA box at the end

Images

  • Header image: 1200 × 630 (JPG/PNG, < 400 KB)
  • Inline images: min 1200px wide for retina
  • Always include alt text and captions where helpful

Click tracking & UTMs

You’re welcome to use UTM parameters for campaign reporting. Example pattern:
